As a truly global organisation, G4S has the potential to create a real impact for the communities in which we operate.

We recognise our responsibility to our local communities and strive to be a good corporate citizen, forging community links at all levels of the business.

In particular, we encourage our colleagues around the world to invest time and energy in local community projects. Here is just an example of the initiatives we support around the the world .

Happy Day – North Africa, Middle East & South Asia

Each year, G4S businesses across the North Africa, Middle East and South Asia (NAMESA) region set aside one day for supporting disabled, HIV-infected, poor, disadvantaged and underprivileged children and orphans. In 2009, this involved working with established NGOs and charity organisations to deliver a wide range of Happy Day activities, bringing a smile to the faces of around 10,000 children at 64 locations in 27 countries.

 G4S Egypt Happy Day .

On the 3rd of March every year, G4S Egypt celebrates the Happy Day with poor, orphan or disabled children in fun places they would love to go to like theme parks and amusing spots. All G4S staff are contributing in this event to share this special moment with those little angles in order to bring happiness to them and draw a satisfaction smile on their faces.
